В статье приводятся результаты проведенного социологического исследования причин, факторов проявления и способов разрешения конфликтов в социально-нестабильной среде. Репрезентативную выборку составили результаты опросов, анкетирования 600 человек жителей Белгородской области, являющимися представителями основных групп социально-активного населения Белгородской области. Цель исследования - стратификация социально-экономических конфликтов в современном обществе, обоснование методологической концепции управления конфликтами. Научная новизна заключается в следующем: раскрывается смысловое содержание категорий «стратификация», «конфликт», объясняются особенности современной методологической концепции управления конфликтами, предлагается многокомпонентная классификация социально-экономических конфликтов по основным 20 признакам их проявления и последствиям для современного общества. В заключении обосновывается тройственный характер проявления конфликтов в социально-нестабильной среде региона и обосновываются методы их разрешения. Область применения результатов исследования - система государственного, муниципального и общественного управления.
