Развитие экономики, основанной на экспорте природного сырья, имеет ряд особенностей. Современные исследования показывают, что длительное доминирование в отраслевой структуре экономики экспортодобывающих отраслей приводит к технологическому отставанию и социальной деградации регионов. В статье рассматривается проблема зависимости российской экономики от экспорта сырья, а также представлена оценка текущего состояния ее инновационного сектора.
