Статья посвящена анализу деятельности новых институтов развития и изменению механизмов субсидирования промышленных отраслей. Раскрывается значение функционирования индустриальных парков для инновационного развития региональной экономики, проводится оценка текущих показателей деятельности индустриальных парков и реализуемых ими проектов на территориях субъектов РФ, представляется содержание мероприятий, которые осуществляются органами региональной власти по формированию парковых зон, показываются механизмы и даются рекомендации по взаимодействию местной власти и бизнеса, способствующие становлению и перспективному развитию индустриальных парков.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the new development institutions activity and changing mechanisms of industries subsidizing. It reveals the importance of industrial parks for regional economy innovative development and assesses the current indicators of industrial parks and projects implemented on the territories of the Russian Federation subjects. The article presents as well the content of the events carried out by the regional authorities on the formation of green areas, shows the mechanisms and gives recommendations on cooperation between local authorities and businesses that contribute to the formation and perspective development of industrial parks.
