В статье обоснована необходимость объективизации признаков пространственных недостатков, препятствующих рациональному использованию и охране земель. Проведён анализ воззрений на содержание понятий «изломанность границ» и «вклинивание» в контексте практического опыта авторов. Рассмотрены признаки, позволяющие квалифицировать данные недостатки.

The article substantiates the need to objectify the signs of spatial deficiencies that hinder the rational use and protection of land. The analysis of views on the content of the concepts of "fractured borders" and "wedging" in the context of the practical experience of the authors is carried out. The signs allowing to qualify these deficiencies are considered.
