The article considers the elements of an investment project for the establishment of an intensive garden using the example of the Rogovsky rural settlement of the Timashevsky district municipality. The distribution of the structure of the Timashevsky district land fund by categories of land and agricultural land as part of agricultural land is shown. Using the example of the Rogovsky rural settlement, the organization of the garden territory was carried out with the justification of the site selection and a project for the establishment of an intensive garden area was developed. An assessment of the financial results of the investment project is given, the amount of capital investments in the establishment of an intensive apple orchard using a drip irrigation system and without drip irrigation is determined. The calculation of the expected net income, the required investments and their payback period is given. The conclusion is made about the profitability of the investment project and its effectiveness in conditions of drip irrigation.
