В статье рассматривается городская среда и ее влияние на развитие территории. За счет качества городской среды, можно повысить привлекательность города, поскольку именно качество формирует его уникальный облик и делает более комфортным, безопасным и привлекательным для жизни населения. Развитие благоустройства территории, является одним из приоритетных направлений развития инвестиционной деятельности в городе Нефтеюганск, что подтверждает актуальность размещения оборудованных мест отдыха, а также наиболее благоприятные условий для передвижения людей по городской территории.

The article examines the urban environment and its impact on the development of the territory. Due to the quality of the urban environment, it is possible to increase the attractiveness of the city, since it is the quality that forms its unique appearance and makes it more comfortable, safe and attractive for the life of the population.
