В статье рассмотрен организационно – экономический механизм функционирования АПК региона. Проанализировано состояние региона по производству сельскохозяйственной продукции для нужд населения области. Организационно – экономический механизм АПК рассматривается авторами как совокупность экономических, организационных и социальных отношений в сфере управления процессами производства АПК региона. Целью данного исследования является оценка сельского хозяйства Свердловской области по производству регионального продукта. Задачи данного исследования исходят из анализа отраслей сельского хозяйства региона, анализа уровня оснащенности механизацией и автоматизацией сельскохозяйственных предприятий и определения уровня рентабельности данных предприятий и отраслей АПК. Так как Свердловская область не входит в двадцатку регионов – лидеров по производству сельскохозяйственной продукции, а область является индустриальным регионом, то авторами сделана попытка выявить слабые стороны развития сельскохозяйственного производства по отдельным отраслям.        В статье были использованы статистический метод, метод экспертных оценок и метод экономического анализа.       

The article considers the organizational and economic mechanism for the functioning of the agro-industrial complex of the region. Analyzed the state of the region for the production of agricultural products for the needs of the population of the region. The organizational and economic mechanism of the agro-industrial complex is considered by the authors as a set of economic, organizational and social relations in the field of managing the production processes of the agro-industrial complex of the region. The purpose of this study is to assess the agriculture of the Sverdlovsk region in terms of the production of a regional product. The objectives of this study are based on the analysis of the agricultural sectors of the region, the analysis of the level of equipment with mechanization and automation of agricultural enterprises and the determination of the level of profitability of these enterprises and sectors of the agro-industrial complex. Since the Sverdlovsk region is not included in the top twenty regions - leaders in the production of agricultural products, and the region is an industrial region, the authors made an attempt to identify the weaknesses in the development of agricultural production in individual sectors.        The article uses the statistical method, the method of expert assessments and the method of economic analysis.
