Currently, the issue of innovative development is the most urgent in the Russian economy. The presence of mutual links in the innovative development of territories and technoparks operating on them proves that this interaction creates conditions for improving innovation activities, as well as creating new jobs and attracting qualified specialists. The article considers the optimality of the activity of technoparks as the main tool for the development of the economy of the regions and the country as a whole. The model of development of technoparks in the agricultural sector of Russia and their effective role in the economic development of foreign countries is considered. The creation of technoparks on the basis of agricultural enterprises will make it possible to modernize existing agricultural enterprises and allow entrepreneurs to become representatives of the high-tech industry. Thus, the main task that needs to be solved in the process of developing technoparks in the Russian Federation is to prepare clear methodological instructions for optimal management of the process of creating and developing technoparks.
