Данное исследование посвящено изучению состояния крестьянских (фермерских) хозяйств (К(Ф)Х) в системе аграрного производства Республики Бурятия, анализу проблем развития К(Ф)Х и приоритетных направлений их государственной поддержки. Объектом исследования является система аграрного производства Республики Бурятия. Предметом исследования – являются крестьянские (фермерские) хозяйства в структуре производства сельскохозяйственной продукции в Республике Бурятия. Цель исследования – обоснование роли К(Ф)Х в экономике сельского хозяйства республики, выявление закономерностей развития и определение проблем их функционирования. В качестве методологических основ применялись методы отраслевого анализа, абстрактно-логический метод и статистические методы наблюдения. В результате исследования обосновано увеличение значимости К(Ф)Х в системе аграрного производства Республики Бурятия. Данное обоснование подкреплено анализом изменения структуры посевных площадей Республики Бурятия по типам хозяйств и по видам основных культур, а также на основе анализа трендов развития республики по отраслям сельского хозяйства в сравнении со страновым трендом. В статье сделан вывод, что увеличение доли К(Ф)Х в производстве сельскохозяйственной продукции Республики Бурятия определяет необходимость анализа и учета факторов, влияющих на эффективность их деятельности, в частности направление использования получаемой государственной поддержки. Выявлено, что получаемая К(Ф)Х государственная поддержка используется на краткосрочные цели. Руководители К(Ф)Х не используют средства государственной поддержки на внедрение передовых технологий, что связано с их низкой цифровой готовностью и цифровой грамотностью. Эффективное развитие и функционирование К(Ф)Х для Республики Бурятия является одним из важных направлений обеспечения производственной безопасности, а грамотное и эффективное использование возможностей, предоставляемых государством, является основой успешного развития данных форм хозяйствования.

This article is devoted to the analysis of the situation of peasant (farmer) households in the system of agricultural production of the Republic of Buryatia, the analysis of problems of the development of peasant (farmer) households and the priority directions of their state support. The object of the research is the system of agrarian production of the Republic of Buryatia. The subject of the research is peasant (private) farms in the structure of agricultural production in the Republic of Buryatia. The aim of the study is to substantiate the role of peasant (farm) households in the agricultural economy of the Republic, to identify the patterns of development and determine the problems of their functioning. Methods of branch analysis, abstract-logical method and statistical methods of observation were used as methodological bases. As a result of the study, the significance of peasant (private) farms in the system of agricultural production of the Republic of Buryatia was substantiated. This substantiation is supported by the analysis of changes in the structure of sown areas of the Republic of Buryatia by types of farms and by types of major crops, as well as based on the analysis of trends in the Republic's development by sector of agriculture in comparison with the country trend. The article concludes that the increase in the share of collective farms in agricultural production in the Republic of Buryatia determines the need to analyze and consider the factors affecting the efficiency of their activities, in particular, the direction of the use of state support. It has been revealed that the state support received by peasant (farmer) households is used for short-term purposes. The heads of peasant (farmer) households do not use the funds of state support for the implementation of advanced technologies, which is associated with their low digital readiness and digital literacy. The effective development of peasant (farmer) households is one of the important areas of ensuring production security in the Republic of Buryatia, and the competent and effective use of opportunities provided by the state is the basis for the successful development of these forms of economic management.
